SAUSAGE RICE BAKE 
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in 1 inch chunks
1 c. water
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice

Place all ingredients in a covered greased casserole. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
