GREEK CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs, lightly beaten 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, do not drain 1 c. chopped black walnuts Mix together with fork. Pour in 9 x 12 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. FROSTING: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 tsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. confectioners' sugar Mix frosting while cake is warm. Spread on cake. Store in refrigerator. Better when 2 days old. |
