CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
2 pkg. graham crackers
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 tsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Roll and mash 2 packages graham crackers. Add melted butter and sugar and shape in bottom of pie plate and along sides.

Bake for 5 minutes at 350°F. Soften cream cheese and whip until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and beat until well blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla and beat well. Pour into baked graham cracker crust. Chill 6 hours. Add cherry pie filling and chill another 2 hours. Our Lorie always looked forward to having Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve dinner at Ellie and Don's for she knew Ellie would make this pie for her (Lorie so fondly called her Auntie Ba Ba). Ellie was my sister. We were always so very close, even as young teenagers. I have such fond memories, but I miss her so. She was like a rock.
