2 lbs. stew meat
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can beef consomme
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. red wine

Add desired vegetables - potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, onions. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours in covered casserole.
