BAKED FISH IN SOUR CREAM 
2 lbs. fish fillets (cod, flounder, or sole)
2 tsp. butter, melted
Salt & pepper
1 1/3 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Arrange fillets in shallow dish. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, flour and lemon juice. Spread over fish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Makes 8 servings.
