BAKED FISH IN SOUR CREAM 
Fish fillets
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1/4 c. onion, chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard

Place fish in casserole. Mix sour cream, grated Swiss cheese, onion, salt and mustard together. Spread over the fish fillets. Shake a little paprika over the mixture and place in oven. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until the fish flakes.
