BREADED PORK STEAKS 
2 large eggs
2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
1 cup vegetable oil
4 large pork steaks

Beat eggs in large bowl. Heat oil in medium frying pan on medium heat. Place breadcrumbs in a large Ziploc bag. Dip pork steaks in eggs and coat well. Put pork steaks in bag of breadcrumbs and shake to coat well. Fry steaks in oil just enough to brown on each side. Drain on paper towel lined plate and then place in a shallow baking dish (its ok to overlap). Cover and bake at 425°F for 35-45 minutes.
