PINK MOLDED SALAD 
1 lg. can pineapple, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. Jello
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pt. whipped cream
1 c. nuts

Mix together Jello and hot water. Combine pineapple and sugar and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add Jello and hot water. Mix well. Let cool until thick. Add cheese and cream. Mix well. Pour in mold. Sprinkle with nuts.
