PINEAPPLE & MANDARIN ORANGE
CUSTARD
 
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
14 slices bread, cut into cubes
2 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks with juice
2 medium cans mandarin oranges, drained
8 well beaten eggs

Cream together sugar and butter. Add cube bread and pineapple chunks with juice, mandarin oranges, and eggs. Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until bubble and brown. Mix with fork.
