LOLLIPOP COOKIES 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Mix in large bowl butter, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in egg and milk; stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.

Make dough into 1 1/2 inch balls; flatten dough. Place on cookie sheet, then place ice cream stick and 1 teaspoon of jam on top of flattened cookie dough.

Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
