LULA'S PICKLED OKRA 
Sm. okra (fresh)
1 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. celery seed
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 hot, green or red pepper

Wash okra and pack lengthwise tightly in a pint sterilized jar. Bring to a boil vinegar, water, and salt. Add all seasonings to okra and cover with hot vinegar mixture. Seal. Allow 2-3 weeks to pickle properly.
