GARDEN GOODIES 
4 c. grated zucchini
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Jack cheese
1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. dried basil
pepper
4 eggs, beaten

Combine zucchini, carrots and flour; toss. Add mayonnaise, cheeses, onions, basil and pepper; mix. Blend in beaten eggs. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool slightly; cut into squares.

Serves for appetizer 4 dozen or can be used for side dish.
