PUMPKIN COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 egg
2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels

Mix all ingredients in order given, drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes.

Raisins, pecans, coconut or chocolate chips may be used for the butterscotch chips.
