PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup dark or light raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup water
2 eggs or 4 egg whites, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into a 9x5-inch loaf pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).

Bake at 350°F for 70 to 75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes. Allow to cool out of pan before slicing.
