POTAGE ST. GERMAIN 
1 med. onion, sliced
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. curry powder
2 cans chicken broth
20 oz. frozen peas
1 c. cream

Saute onion until tender. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer, covered 20 minutes. Blend in blender and return to pot; reheat. Stir in cream and serve.
