PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. (16 oz.) pumpkin
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. scalded Carnation evaporated milk
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. molasses or sorghum
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 unbaked pie crust

Combine pumpkin, sugar, flour, salt, molasses and spices; mix well. Add beaten egg and milk. Mix, cool. Pour into unbaked pie crust in 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake pie until done (about 50 more minutes).
