HAMBURGER POTATO HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can tomato soup
Carrots (celery, peas)
Potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup mixed with 2/3 can water

Brown hamburger in Dutch oven. Pour tomato soup over top of hamburger, then slice a layer of onions and a layer of about 1" of carrots (celery or peas), then slice thin 2" or more potatoes (if you use more potatoes, use more cream soup). Pour over potatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup mixed with 2/3 can of water. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
