SAUSAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. raw rice
1 pkg. Lipton's noodle soup
1 tbsp. slivered almonds
3 c. boiling water

Fry sausage until just gray; drain. Toss together with remaining ingredients; place in covered baking dish, cover with boiling water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add more water, if needed. Yield: 6 servings.
