KAPITSKYS' CORN WAFFLES 
1 1/4 c. white flour
3/4 c. crushed Corn Chex
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
1 3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. oil
2 egg whites

In bowl, combine flour, Corn Chex, baking powder, salt, and wheat germ. In small bowl, combine egg yolk, milk, and oil. Stir into flour mixture. In small mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into flour mixture. Do not overmix! Mixture will appear too loose at first but does thicken up. Pour batter into oiled waffle iron.

Makes 4 large waffles.

(One cup or 3/4 cup batter per waffle.)
