PECAN WAFFLES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 tbsp. corn oil
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 egg whites, beaten

Mix together flour, salt, sugar, milk, beaten egg yolks and corn oil. Blend in carefully the chopped pecans and baking powder. Lastly fold in egg whites beaten to stiff peaks. Cook on a waffle iron.
