1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. pancake mix
1/4 melted butter

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. pancake mix
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. melted butter

Place all ingredients for batter in medium sized mixing bowl and beat until fairly smooth. Pour into a buttered 9 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle mixed topping over top. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
