9 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream

CRUST:

1 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Cream sugar and cheese; add 3 egg yolks. Add 3 stiffly beaten whites and vanilla. Add whipped cream last (fold gently).

Spread cookie crumb and butter mixture in 8 inch square pan. Pour filling over and freeze 3-4 hours. Serves 8.
