1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
1 qt. pecans
1/2 stick butter, melted

Combine vinegar and honey. Pour over pecans and mix well. Spread in a flat pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 minutes. Pour melted butter over nuts and mix well. Return to oven for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Spread on wax paper and sprinkle with seasoned salt or plain salt.
