FAST SPAGHETTI | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti 2 lbs. ground beef 1 lg. onion, finely chopped 2 sm. cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/2 c. shallots, finely chopped 1/2 c. green onions, finely chopped 1/2 c. green bell pepper, finely chopped Salt & pepper to taste 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 c. tomato ketchup 1/4 c. chopped celery 1 tbsp. sugar Cook ground meat until lightly brown, breaking apart as it cooks; drain. Saute vegetables with drained meat. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper and sugar. Cooking time about 2 hours. Serve over cooked spaghetti. |
