BRUSSEL SPROUT SALAD | |
15 good sized brussel sprouts 8 strips bacon (crisp) Girard[s Champagne Dressing 1 clove finely chopped garlic Boil or steam sprouts until they are tender (approximately 7-10 minutes). Place them under cold water to stop them from any further cooking. Break them apart, placing them in a bowl. Break apart the bacon into small pieces and add to sprouts. Add garlic, pouring approximately 1/3 to 1/2 bottle over salad. Chill before serving. Submitted by: Mike Corkins |
