2 sticks butter, melted
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. flaked coconut
1 1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
1 pt. marshmallow creme

Mix first 9 ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread marshmallow creme over the hot cake. When cool frost with frosting below.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. canned milk
1 box confectioners' sugar

Cream together, then frost top of cake.
