CORN AND HAM PUDDING 
1 c. diced ham
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. rich milk
1 tsp. scraped onion
1 box or can whole kernel corn
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Arrange ham on bottom of shallow baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour, salt, pepper and sugar and blend. Add milk gradually and cook over medium heat until mixture is thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add onion, corn and eggs. Mix well. Pour over ham in baking dish. Place in pan of hot water and bake in 375 degree oven for 50 minutes or until mixture is set.
