HAM & CORN CHOWDER 
1/2 c. onion slices
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (20 oz.) can cream style corn
1/2 c. half & half
1 c. chopped ham
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Croutons

Saute onions in butter in a Dutch oven until tender. Add remaining ingredients except croutons. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated (do not boil). Garnish each serving with celery croutons.

CELERY CROUTONS:

1 1/2 c. of 1/4 inch bread cubes
2 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
Celery salt

Mix together until cubes are well coated.
