HAM AND CORN CHOWDER 
3 strips bacon
2 med. onions
1 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. flour
2 cans chicken broth
4 med. diced potatoes
1 pkg. frozen corn
3 c. milk
2 c. ham cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Fry bacon until crisp; add onion and celery; saute. Sprinkle with flour, blending well. Gradually stir in chicken broth. Add potatoes; cover and simmer until potatoes are cooked. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly. Serves 8-10.
