ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can pimentos
2 cans green chiles
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
2 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
12 lg. flour tortillas

Brown hamburger and onion; set aside. Heat soups, milk, and Velveeta cheese until melted. Add pimentos and chiles.

Place hamburger mixture and Longhorn between tortillas. Roll filled tortillas and place in greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour cheese mixture over all. Top with more grated cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
