PUFFY OVEN PANCAKES 
2 c. canned apple slices (drained, reserve liquid)
4 tbsp. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves

Mix raisins and slices together. Use a small portion to mix with liquid from apple slices; cook in saucepan over low heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch if not thick enough. Use as syrup over pancakes. Mix all ingredients together and sit into batter until well mixed.

Pour batter mixture equally in 2 cake pans. Bake in 425 degree oven until light brown and puffy. Use powdered sugar, sugar and cinnamon mixture or prepared syrups as garnish on top of pancake. Each cake pan has 4 servings.
