3 eggs 2 c. milk 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Nutmeg Lightly beat eggs and sugar; add salt and milk; pour into crust. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees until custard is firm. |
