3 eggs
4 tbsp. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg for top & bottom
Unbaked ready made pie crust

Beat all ingredients except nutmeg until well blended. Sprinkle pie crust with nutmeg. Pour batter into pie crust. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking 45 minutes.
