SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 regular pie crush shell
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. Sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 eggs, beaten
1 small can 2/3 c. evaporated milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Fully cook sausage, drain well. Combine sausage, onion, cheese, flour and parsley flakes, mix well. Spread in unbaked pie crust. Beat together eggs, evaporated milk. Slowly pour over sausage mixture. Bake on preheated cookie sheet 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is set.
