SAUSAGE-CHEESE QUICHE 
1/2 lb. fried sausage (pour off grease)
3 beaten eggs
2/3 c. milk
1/2 lb. med. sharp cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pie shell

Cook pie shell about 5 minutes. Put half of cheese in pie shell. Spoon in sausage. Pour in eggs, milk, seasonings. Add rest of cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes on bottom rack.
