1 lb. sausage
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 sm. can Carnation milk
1 frozen pie shell

Brown sausage and onion in skillet. Drain well. Add in cheese, flour, garlic salt and pepper. Mix well. Blend eggs in Carnation milk. Place meat mixture in frozen pie shell. Pour egg on cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. When using smoked ham, do not brown first, just mix and bake.
