SHRIMP & RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onions
2/3 c. chopped bell peppers
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. butter

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. chopped shrimp
1/2 c. pimento
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. water

Cook 10 minutes. Place in casserole, top with bread crumbs and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
