KING OF THE HILL TEXAS MINUTE
STEAK
 
5 to 6 pieces of minute steak
1 c. water
1 can original Rotel
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. minced onion or one fresh onion
1 tsp. chili powder

Spray pan with cooking spray. Arrange your meat in a large skillet and add one cup water. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes and then add Rotel and mushroom soup. Add your spices and cook for 20 minutes or until the soup and rotel have made a rich sauce.

Eat the meat and pour sauce over white or brown rice. Very tasty and spicy. Add a salad and green vegetable and you are finished for the night!
