PORK SCHNITZEL 
1 lb. pork cutlets or pork chops
Salt and pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Oil

Pound cutlets (or chops) thin sprinkle with salt and pepper. On a plate put the beaten egg and on another plate put the bread crumbs. Dip in egg, make sure the meat is covered good.

Cover with bread crumbs all over. Heat 1/4 inch oil in fry pan and add the cutlets (or chops). Cook until brown on each side. Drain on paper towels.
