EASY BAKE POTATOES | |
2 lb. Ore-Ida hash brown frozen potatoes, thawed for 1/2 hour 1 c. diced onions 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 (16 oz.) sour cream 1 stick butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded Salt and pepper to taste 1 1/2 c. crumbled potato chips Mix all ingredients well. Put in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add pat of butter on top. Crumble potato chips on top. Cover with tin foil. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Take foil off and bake 15 minutes more or until done or until brown. |
