IRISH BAKED POTATOES 
2 lbs. bag frozen hash browns
9 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
Natures seasoning
Cornflake crumbs

In large bowl mix hashbrowns, cheese, onion, sour cream and soup. Season with Natures seasoning. Turn into glass oblong pan. Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cover with foil and remove foil the last 15 minutes.
