GOLDEN BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. water
1 can condensed potato soup
1 soup can milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper

In 3 quart casserole combine broccoli, carrot, onion and water. Cover with lid. Microwave on high 5 minutes.

In small bowl stir soup until smooth. Stir in milk, cheese and pepper. Mix well. Stir in vegetables. Cover. Microwave on high 8 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring twice during cooking. Let stand covered 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
