QUICK CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli (chopped)
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 3/4 c. milk
Dash cayenne pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli as directed, drain well. Stir soups and milk together in medium sauce pan until smooth. Add broccoli and seasonings. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted.
