ROSY HAM LOAF 
LOAF:

3 lbs. ground smoked ham
1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. ground allspice

SAUCE:

1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into 12 small loaves. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over loaves. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees, basting several times. Serves 12. Left overs freeze well.
