HAM LOAF 
3 lb. ham loaf mix
1 c. rolled saltine crackers
1 c. milk
2 eggs

GLAZE:

1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 c. brown sugar

Mix cracker, milk and eggs together, then mix with meat and eggs together. Then mix with meat and form 2 loaves.

Mix glaze and pour around loaves right away. They will look like they could swim, but as they cook it will thicken. Baste quite frequently. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
