PINEAPPLE HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground smoked ham
1 lb. ground lean pork, unseasoned
2 eggs
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. catsup
Sliced pineapple, save liquid
Maraschino cherries (optional)

SPICY GLAZE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Ask your butcher to grind the ham and pork together for you. Combine meats with eggs, bread crumbs, milk, and catsup. Shape into loaf and place in baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes without glaze, then one hour longer with glaze. Baste several times. About 30 minutes before finish time, place drained pineapple rings (and cherries if desired) on top of loaf and baste over them.
