CREAMY AMBROSIA SALAD 
4 med. oranges, peeled and diced
4 med. bananas, peeled and sliced
2 c. halved seedless green grapes
1 c. pitted dates, snipped
1/2 c. frozen whipped topping
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. coconut

Drain sliced oranges and combine with bananas, grapes and dates. Chill. Fold the thawed whipped topping into the mayonnaise. Fold this mixture into the fruit. Spoon onto crisp lettuce cups and sprinkle with coconut. Serves 6-8 people.
