BROCCOLI QUICHE | |
1 9-inch pie shell 12 oz. seasoned sausage, browned and drained 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained 2 eggs, beaten 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can broccoli or broccoli with cheese soup 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese Line unbaked pie shell with double thickness foil. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove foil and bake 4 to 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce temperature to 375 degrees. In bowl combine eggs, soup, onion, meat, broccoli and 3/4 cup cheese. Pour into shell. Bake 40-45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
