BROCCOLI SPINACH QUICHE 
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 pkg. frozen cut broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. onions, fried in oil
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, fried in oil
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Bread crumbs
1 prepared pie crust
2 tbsp. oil

Fry onions and fresh mushrooms in oil. Defrost frozen vegetables and drain in a colander under hot water. Combine mushroom soup, fried onions and mushrooms (if canned do not fry) and mayonnaise. Add vegetables to mixture. Bake pie crust until slightly browned, then add vegetable mixture and top with bread crumbs (for dairy it can be topped with cheese). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
