CHICKEN IN WINE 
8 thighs & drumsticks
4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. dried parsley
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 c. water
1 c. sautern
1 tbsp. Lea & Perrins (Worcestershire)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. bitters

Salt and pepper chicken and drench in flour. Place in a large container and cover with the above ingredients. Cover container and bake in 350 degree oven for 1-1 1/2 hours. Freezes well.
